BSA/AML/OFAC Independent Review
This is a BSA/AML/OFAC Independent Review. After you make payment and confirm all your program documents are uploaded, you will receive a final report signed by our CAMS and CRCM credentialed reviewer within 30 days.
Upload your program documents.
Upload your existing BSA/AML and sanctions screening program documentation. Provide samples of the data your compliance team already has access to. There is no minimum documentation requirement or specific format requirement. We can provide a request outline if you want to organize it carefully.
Tell us you're ready.
You pay within 30 days after we accept your application, but you can take up to six months to finish uploading. Once you're done uploading, you let us know and we start the review.
We deliver our report.
Within 30 calendar days, we'll send you the final report. We'll suggest constructive and achievable steps to make your program stronger by next year. We'll provide a management response template if you want it, and intentionally leave your response to our suggestions as the final word.
