# Service Agreement Application

This is a readable summary of the explanatory application page, not the full Service Agreement.

## Review process

Upload your existing BSA/AML and sanctions screening program documentation. Provide samples of the data your compliance team already has access to. There is no minimum documentation requirement or specific format requirement.

You pay within 30 days after we accept your application, but you can take up to six months to finish uploading. Once you're done uploading, you let us know and we start the review. After payment and your confirmation that all program documents are uploaded and the review should begin, the final report is due within 30 calendar days. The final report is signed by a CAMS and CRCM credentialed reviewer.

- Service: BSA/AML/OFAC Independent Review.
- Scope: Independent review of the Client’s BSA/AML and sanctions/OFAC risk management and control framework based on the Client Materials provided for the review.

- Price: USD $20,000.00, fixed price.

## Application

The form requests the business name, organizational structure and state of organization, business address, authorized representative name, authorized representative email, and optional notes (your timeline, any questions, etc.).

Required authorization: I confirm that I am authorized to act for the business listed above ("Client"). By checking this box and submitting the Application Form, the Client offers to enter into the Service Agreement on its terms.

The Engagement Terms and the Service Agreement Application are governed exclusively by the terms of the Service Agreement.
