The review begins after payment and your confirmation that all program documents are uploaded and we should proceed.

We review the documentation already available to management, in the formats your team already uses.

The final independent report is signed by a CAMS and CRCM credentialed reviewer. The report identifies opportunities for improvement, with your management response describing how your business chooses to act on them.

## Process

1. Review the explanation and engagement terms and complete the Service Agreement Application.
2. Share your existing program documents through the designated document process after signup, not through the public application form.
3. Make payment and confirm the documents are complete and the review should begin.
4. Receive the final independent review report within 30 calendar days of that readiness trigger.
